PCC Error on startup, errors inside program

I'm getting lots of errors when running PCCompanion.

System: Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit

On startup, I receive this error:


The program will open if I hit "Continue" on the error prompt, but essentially accessing any menu item generates more errors:


I have .NET framework 4 installed. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Which version of PCC are you running?
Is it a fresh install or was it working and this just started?

Go into the PCC root folder and rename or delete the mysettings.XML file then restart PCC.
The issue appear to be PCC is looking for an additional Voice set which you apparently don't have.

Tried what you suggested by deleting the MySettings file. Here is the new error:

Was this after you ran and saved the configuration or you got the error before you got to that screen?
I don't remember if I included a default setup file in AlertDialer. ??? ::) :`)
 If I did it could be the same issue as it would be looking for the same voice most likely.
renaming or deleting the setup file will throw you directly into the Configuration screen on first run.

If I remember this error was thrown for someone else and the issue was they didn't have the correct driver installed for their sound card they were using the windows default driver.
I'll see if I can find that thread.
Update: I found the thread you can read the whole thing but this post shows the culprit.

I suspect if you download the skinnygirl version it will work for you as well as it doesn't use TTS or VR.
