When I first started playing with VR I had one VR program talking to another.
BVC could speak to PCC and it understood the commands.
It may be possible to have PCC just repeat the voice from HS.
I'd have to play with the dictate mode of MS speech.

Let me know if you can come up with something T,

I would love to find and easier way for PCC to speak all of my HS TTS announcements

Ken,
Have you looked at plugins already available which intercept HS speech?
Something like AirplaySpeak.
If you contacted the authors they may add a option to pass the speech to PCC or any program via a command line.

Can you have HS write the HS speech to a text file?
If so a PCC usercommand could be created to read that file.

I Played a bit more with VR in dictate mode and another TTS program.
I had forgotten that I had tried this before adding it as a chat option.
But now remember why it wasn't added. The recognition just isn't there even running windows 10.
There are just to many false words generated for a reliable operation.

The best bet if possible is to have HS generate a text file of it's notifications and rewrite it with each notification. Something like PCC does for weather forecast info.

If this is possible I can get PCC to look for that file read the text and then delete the text file.
With a little extra code added I could have PCC look for a new instance of the file every second.
Of coarse HS could just trigger a user command to read the file now using a script.

Just wish I could figure out how to write a .NET script that would accomplish this.  Im still trying but struggling with it
