ITGuy,
Did you run these test with PCC already open and running?
Or did iHouse have to start PCC?
If PCC is already running commands sent to it will fire quicker. ;>
It should also be noted:
In order for PCC to see two commands triggered at the same time PCC needs to already be running.

1. The MS SAPI support for XML strings.  In iHouse, if I use this in a macro:
Code: [Select]
Say, <XML>Hi there</XML> <XML><SILENCE MSEC ="1000"/></XML> it's good to see youthen iHouse says "Hi there", pauses 1 second, then says "it's good to see you".  If I try to pass that string of XML to PCC, then PCC blows up with an "unhandled exception" error.
ITguy
Not sure why I didn't notice this part before.
True PCC doesn't support XML tags  but it does punctuation if you add a comma after Hi/there it will pause the string would be:
 Hi/there,/its/good/to/see/you

If you have an android based smartphone or tablet there now is another way to add voice recognition to PCC:

This thread gets one of the most views on the forum and It has helped to convice me that PCC should have Voice Recognition.
With PCC 4 now in developement Voice recognition will be implemented and intergrated into it.
The other ways to add VR to PCC will still work however it may mean having to select PCC not to use it's builting Voice recognition.
I had planed not to have VR heavily intergrated into the software however users may find there are many more possibilities then first meets the eye.
Development and testing of PCC4 may be followed in the Members only Section once your logged in.
Suggestions may still be requested in the PCC wish list.

With the release of PCC 4 Voice recognition is coded in it however PCC needs to be told to use this in the Options & Settings screen and saved.
This was done for those that don't wish  A VR enabled Program.

Note: I'm locking this thread as it pertains more to older versions that didn't have VR capabilities.
